Nestled on the shores of the beautiful Albemarle Sound in Columbia, NC, the Eastern 4-H Center provides a stunning year-round* meeting facility that offers a resort setting and comfortable accommodations for many different kinds of events including weddings, retreats, workshops, trainings, and other special events.

Every program and event at the Eastern 4-H Center is customized based on the needs and goals of the group. The group’s leadership works with the Center Director and staff to plan programs, facility use, and dining services. Pricing is based on the needs of your custom program or event. 

Meeting spaces are versatile with flexible layouts and include conference rooms, a waterfront boardroom, classrooms, and more.

Overnight accommodations include 20 hotel-style executive lodge rooms and 4 group cabins. Each cabin sleeps up to 24 guests, while the executive lodges will accommodate 40-60 guests in total.  

On-site WiFi is available to all guests at no additional charge.

Onsite dining services are available with a minimum of 12 and up to 150 guests. Offerings include breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack breaks, receptions, and banquets. Dining experiences can be casual or formal based on your needs.

The center accommodates most special dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free. 

In addition to onsite dining services, groups may provide their own food or use outside catering. 

Recreation, teambuilding and environmental education programs are available to add to your rental experience.
