Take advantage of this ultimate experience to enhance your organization's cohesiveness and develop team skills. Start with group initiative activities, cooperative games and trust activities that progressively increase in difficulty. Engage skills from goal setting to conquering internal barriers. The center’s leadership program involves one to three days of intense ground, eye and tree-level experiences in:

Staff, Program & Equipment
Quality interaction and individualized instruction and safety are our first priorities. We maintain a ratio of one certified instructor to a maximum of 15 participants.

The course and equipment are inspected regularly and comply with the Association for Challenge Course Technology's national standards.
